Navratri Festival  Navratri festival is the joyous way of worshipping Goddess Durga. The festival is celebrated all over the country with joy and fervour. ‘Nav’ means nine   and ‘Ratri’ means night. The festival is so called as it encompasses celebrations over a period of nine nights. The festival is celebrated over a period of nine nights and 10 days. Navratri festival is celebrated in the month of October/November. Navratri is celebrated four times a year in India- Sharada Navratri, Vasanta Navratri, Magha Navratri and Ashada Navratri. Sharada Navaratri is most famous across India.As per the holy scriptures, the demon king Mahishasura ardently worshipped Lord Siva and attained immense powers. In northern, southern and western states, Navratri is referred to as Rama Lila or Dussehra in these regions. Ganpati Festival.. Hi Friends, I am so excited to first blog about Ganesh Chaturthi. It’s fun and awesome to see this festival being celebrated in our home. Now, I am very excited to tell how we celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with our friends and neighbours. In our society as the Ganesh Chaturthi (first day of the festival) starts there are many events held in such as musical chair, dance, singing and many more. We enjoy all of them very much. It is held for 10 days. During the festival distribution of  very tasty and yummy prasad is relished by everyone. Let me take you to the most loved & popular feaures:  🍜Delicious food:  The Prasad is a sweet ball of excitement. We are served with Prasad every morning and evening.
